Our In vitro studies
Our In vitro studies are miniaturized test systems under “artificial” conditions for pathogens able to grow in medium without the need for living plant material.
We provide a full dose-response relationship study with EC50 calculation. Pathogen samples collected from the field or air are processed to obtain single culture isolates, which are then inoculated into media containing different concentrations of fungicides. The pathogens are cultivated in 96- or 24-well plate formats, or on petri dishes, and subsequently evaluated by our scientists. The resulting data is analyzed for trends in resistance and adaptation, including seasonal, local, regional, and India-wide trends.
